Any melee build. The simplest and most universally effective clan bonus in the game.

Unchanged in v1.03.03. This is the default recommendation for players who do not want to optimize around specific conditions.

Aggressive melee builds that stay in the enemy's face. Reduces incoming damage during your own attack animations.

Best for experienced players who attack relentlessly. The Critical HP bonus stacks with Last Gambit Pill builds.

Survival-focused builds, new players, and anyone progressing through difficult content for the first time.

The Protection from Death effect triggers once per mission and saves you from a killing blow with 1 HP. Invaluable during boss learning phases.

Glory farming builds and High Stance heavy hitters. The best clan for players actively farming Glory currency.

The +30% Glory bonus is by far the highest in the game. Stack this with co-op activities for maximum Glory income.

Mobility-focused builds, Ninja playstyle, and Low Stance dodge-heavy combat. Great for speedrunners.

The evasion Ki reduction is substantial. Eight percent less Ki per dodge lets you chain 2-3 extra dodges before running out of stamina.

Samurai-style builds that chain long combos. The consecutive attack bonus rewards sustained offense.

The consecutive attack bonus activates after your third consecutive hit and applies to all subsequent hits in the chain. Works exceptionally well with fast weapons like Dual Swords and Tonfa.

Ranged builds, headshot specialists, and Rifle/Bow-focused characters.

The Bullseye bonus applies to any weak point hit, not just headshots. This includes hitting yokai horns, Cyclops eyes, and other highlighted weak points.

High-risk high-reward builds that maintain full HP. The highest melee damage bonus available from any clan, but only at full health.

Pairs exceptionally well with Tokugawa Guardian Spirit effects and damage reduction stacking. If you can stay at full HP, this is the strongest offensive clan.

Passive income from weekly Clan Battle rankings. Join a top-tier clan and play normally. Provides 1,500-3,000 Glory per week with zero additional effort beyond normal gameplay. This is the highest-volume Glory source for most players.

Place your Benevolent Grave (revenant) in high-traffic areas like boss rooms, Shrine entrances, and popular farming spots. Every time another player summons and uses your grave, you earn Glory. A well-placed grave in a popular mission can earn 200-500 Glory per day passively while you are offline.

Join other players' missions as a Visitor through the Torii Gate. Each successful co-op completion awards 80-150 Glory depending on mission length and difficulty. Expeditions also progress multiplayer titles and provide bonus Amrita, making them the most rewarding active farming method.

Accept random summon requests from players using Ochoko Cups. This is faster than Expeditions because you are placed directly into the host's mission near their current position. Each successful assist awards 50-100 Glory. The downside is inconsistent availability -- you may wait 1-3 minutes between summons during off-peak hours.

Combine the Matsudaira Clan's +30% Glory Obtained bonus with active co-op farming. This turns every co-op completion from ~100 Glory to ~130 Glory. Over a farming session of 10-15 co-op runs, the bonus adds up to 300-450 extra Glory that you would not earn with any other clan.

Use the Torii Gate's Random Encounter option to be matched with players who need help. Rewards are lower than targeted Expeditions but require zero coordination. Good for casual farming while watching videos or multitasking.
